With all due respect the true skeptic, looks at the farce that is the UN and sees it as a convinient political tool for extending the drama/duration of war with Iraq in order to serve both the interests(in the crude sense of the word) of the European and American leaders, whose respective economies are down to cooking on charcoal rather than butane.
