Here is Bill Buckley on the missing WMD question. His point is revealed in the title, "Who Screwed Up?"

Buckley said, "There are those who take an easy position here. It is to conclude...that Bush and Cheney are, very simply, liars."
After taking a look at the Downing Street Memo, of which I’ve hardly seen anything about here at NLT, I’d have to say that the case for them being liars is getting better all the time.
