A friend had sent me this speech by a Judge Don Walters, a retired federal judge, who had been a member of a 12 man team sent to Iraq to evaluate their justice system. I wasn’t sure if it was real, started looking into it, and discovered that Glenn Reynolds had tracked it down, and it is for real. A good read, especially if you had been inclined to be opposed to the Iraq war, as Judge Walters was, until his trip, that is.
