Wesley Clark essay
Posted by Peter W. Schramm
This is an essay by Wesley Clark from the September 2002 edition of The Washington Monthly. It is not impressive. It would seem that if he were president the war in Afghanistan (never mind Iraq) would not have taken place. Andrew Sullivan crushes it in five hundred words.
