and the Red Sox took Game 1 from the Yankees. Call me a Fox executive, but I find myself pulling for a Cubs-Sox Series.

If you are a Fox executive could you please tell Bud Selig and the idiots at MLB to perhaps avoid scheduling simulatenous games. Why not have a day game and a night game? Methinks that more people might watch. Why make people choose between watching the Yanks or the Cubs?
In addition, I am more than a bit peeved that my young children (ages 5 and 8) and I have to endure those completely inappropriate commercials for the upcoming Fox Fall lineup. Specifically, the new series called "Skin". MLB is trying to sell baseball as America’s Pastime and they wish to cultivate fans by going after children; however, I am embarassed every time I see those commercials and I want to shield my children from that crap. Hitting the mute button doesn’t work. I am not advocating canceling those shows, I am advocating that Fox and MLB should exercise a bit of discretion and judgment and not run those promo’s during the game.
On the field, it has been a great post-season thus far and I look forward to the Sox-Cubs World Series.
I hoped for a Cubs-WHITE Sox series, but I would settle for a Cubs - Red Sox one, or anything that begins with "Cubs"!
