Here is the Dallas Morning News article on the Fed court upholding the GOP redistricting plan in Texas. This means that the Republicans are likely to gain seven seats, according to those who follow these matters. Huge. I guess it’s still possible that it will be appealed to the Supremes. I also wouldn’t be surprised if a few more Demos in Texas followed in Ralph Hall’s footsteps. Here is the decision.
