Secret Service got a bit confused about which Springfield President Bush wanted to visit this coming Monday; the one in Missouri, not the one in Illinois. They finally got it right. Regarding the 15% of the Canadian vote, I wonder if they or the US democrats realize that the Canadian vote doesn’t matter. On the flip side, I ’d venture to say that 95% of Americans don’t care what the Cannucks think.
Courier is, of course a sans-serif font. A study from a couple of years ago indicated that serif fonts were easer to read, thus a reader could read much faster with a serif font. The study concluded that this was due to textbooks being printed in a serif font. Most of us learned to read using serif fonts. The state department will probably have a substansial time savings on time spent reading!!!
Of course, I’ll continue to slowly read No Left Turn’s sans serif fonts...
