The Supreme Court, in a 7-2 decision, sided with Dick Cheney yesterday, remanding his case back to the lower courts for further consideration, and rejecting the appellate court’s decision to force Cheney to release his memos. Here’s the WaTimes summary. You can read Justice Kennedy’s opinion here.
