Senate Races

Donald Lambro rolls through the Senate races, and finds that the Demos have a chance to retake the Senate, but only if they sweep. He thinks Wisconsin might be a surprise. Also note that Rassmussen
shows Thune leading Daschle in South Dakota, 50-46%. Also see Realclearpolitics
for the latest polls on the Senate races.

Sure they have a chance, but it is going to be extremely difficult. Obviously, the Ds will take Illinois; however, the Rs will take South Carolina. Those southern states will be difficult for the Ds and they will probably also lose LA (although it LA is a tough nut to crack statewide for the Rs - ask Bobbby J.). I think the Rs will take FL and possibly SD.
Completely ignored Dash-hole who is trailing in the most recent poles. A very good shot at Thune taking the seat. One can only hope.
