Strike Two: The Dutch Reject the EU Constitution

The Dutch have rejected the Eu Constitution by an overwhelming vote of 63% to 37%.

Here’s  an early news report.

Given a chance, it appears that the citizens of Europe are out of step with the elite of Europe.
