Taft hires lawyer

Ohio’s Governor Robert Taft "has hired one of Columbus’ leading criminal lawyers, his spokesman said Tuesday - the same day Taft disclosed that he had failed to report golf outings in which he had participated.
Spokesman Mark Rickel said Taft has hired William Meeks, a high-profile lawyer in Columbus who often handles government ethics cases, and who deals only in criminal-defense cases."

Ohio has certainly turned out to be a wonderful laboratory of how Republicans like to conduct their financial business. I wonder who Tom Noe will be retaining for his lawyer.
He MUST be innocent, because he’s a God-loving Republican!!
