What questions should be asked of Roberts

For those interested, Matthew Franck, Gerard Bradley, Mark Levin, and I have engaged in a lengthy back-and-forth on this topic over at NROs Bench Memos.

this news, Id be surprised if Roberts doesnt sail through confirmation with an approval vote nearing 90%. Roberts, from what I hear, is quite popular with the Washington Post social set, which ought to send shivers up any conservatives "originalist" spine. Unless Roberts is prepared to become a pariah among these socialites he will surely become a migraine for conservatives.
Im not a betting man, but Id buy some Tylenol stock if I were a Scalia fan.
