I know, I know. Im a broken record on this subject, but I cant resist calling your attention to this fine piece, which nicely summarizes and lampoons some of the typical responses. The author also highlights Brown Universitys genuine contribution to intellectual diversity.

So should according to Ron McClamrock should I then that the fact faculty dont care about teaching anymore and worry only about their research mean that the Left in Academia dont care about helping their students. Is this why Ohio State University has 1 academic advisor in a college (which shall remain nameless) with over 5,000 students.
It could also be, as I have attested for years that maybe the "rights" got hired in the private, productive sector and just didnt care about pursuing a career in teaching. Maybe it could be that the Left in academia just like to hear themselves talk and need someone to brainwash.., I mean listen to them. Sound out there I know, but no more out there than this idiots comments and that is the point. ie. investment banking etc.
Also with all of the Lefts comments about how are high schools and Colleges are going down hill and arent "good" anymore, should we say then that it is the Leftist faculties fault?
Sometimes I have a hard time proofreading my own stuff. Here is how the first sentence should read.
