However "temporary" and "pragmatic" this proposal is, Kennedy is conceding the high ground to proponents of school choice. Im happy; Barry Lynn of Americans United is apoplectic. I wonder if his organization will take the politically unpalatable step of filing a lawsuit against a program to aid Katrina victims.
