California evolution controversy "defused"?

The California school district, which had offered a somewhat problematical course, called (a little misleadingly) "Philosophy of Design," has settled the lawsuit, promising never again to offer such a course.

The liberals are all for open discussion and "dialogue," except when they aren’t.
"Dialogue" tends to be liberal code-speak for "let us indoctrinate you out of your simple-minded/superstitious/archaic/unenlightended opinions." They still take Marx seriously and they’re calling us superstitious?!
