The Heritage Guide to the Constitution has made an appearance at the Judiciary Committee hearings. I regret that a Rules of Civility was not to be found in the room.

"Rules of Civility" are lost on Jaws.
We are dealing with power-mad Democrats who buried their consciences long ago. Every word is a knife for these people.
If Judiciary Republicans dont learn how to respond -- more in anger than
in sadness -- they weaken themselves with every nomination.
Alito will probably get through, but we must not bungle yet another opportunity to show the American people who -- what -- the Democrats are.
Ive got a hunch that Senator Coburn probably has a crossword puzzle hidden under that mighty impressive-looking tome. But maybe one of his brethren warned him of those pesky journalists being present during the hearings, and gave him a copy of that to wow the likes of you folks.
