This isnt it. Any reader of Brinkleys other works could have predicted as much.

Having just completed a hurricane book and currently reading Brinkleys book, I find the review pretty much right on in terms of Brinkley merely repeating the typically leftist media criticisms and doesnt tell any casual observer too much more than what they have read about over the year. On the other hand, it is generally not a bad read and doesnt deserve to be completely savaged. A few years of historical perspective might have been valuable - on the other hand, who can blame Brinkley for rushing out a book to make a nice chunk of change?
