Dick Morris Tells Romney, Gingrich, and McCain to Get Their Corpses Out of the Way

...and make room for a real conservative candidate who can win--perhaps for another former client of his from Arkansas. If they don’t, it’ll be Giuliani by default.

it’ll be Giuliani by default.

No, it will be the Dem’s by default. With no conservative choice, I (and many others) stay home. No more rewarding the slightly-less-liberal-than-Dem’s GOP. Give me an honest liberal (a Dem) over a dishonest one (a Giuliani/McCain/etc.) any day. At least conservatives can then start the hard work of separating themselves from the Rockefeller GOP and thinking about a strategy of influence (please, no more lesser of two evils arguments and all that - the GOP just is not the conservative vessel we all hoped it would be)....

Come on, Dick. If Ronald Reagan went from Bonzo-keeper to the oval office, so can a Manhattan DA.

Christopher, you’re free to acquiesce in the positive enemies of your principles and positions if you want to, but I think a lot of people will hold their noses and vote for insincere or ineffective supporters of the same.

Granted, President Hillary Clinton would never be a disappointment to me, but it would be in the way that the Imperial Japanese Navy was never a disappointment: it’s not like we expected better of them than we got.
