Stuart Taylor thinks it will tilt slightly, but not decisively...
Publius, Jr. thinks Rush Limbaugh is full of hot gas, when he suggests the Libby verdict will inflame conservatives. Obviously, as evidenced by the folks at Powerline and No Left Turns, this deal isnt even worthy of discussion, let alone any degree of outrage amongst the benighted.
Sheesh, what a damn blowhard that Limbaugh and the NRO crowd is, eh?
p.s. I think my days of surfing a few "conservative" website has come to an end. Like thos websites, Ive better things to do. But it aint trying to discern the latest ramblings from a Stuart Taylor od Osama, er, Obam, uh, whatever his damn name is.
Please forgive my rambling misspellings. This "Comments" line doesnt give you the chance to correct your impassioned typographical nothings.
Roberts could be "tail end Charlie," dragging up the rear, getting led by Thomas and Alito.
One way or the other, the next nomination will prove decisive.
