The Future of Conservatism

I just received my copy of Charles W. Dunn’s edited volume, The Future of Conservatism, with essays by, among others, George Nash, Harvey C. Mansfield, Jr., James W. Ceaser, Michael Barone, Dan Mahoney, someone named Lawler, and Bill Kristol. I promise a formal review, somewhere, sometime soon. It’s on top of my pile.

These people are all neocons. Who cares what they think. Bill Kristol, for example, thinks the U.S. should spend billions to secure the border of Israel and then simultaneously supports the third-world, open-borders invasion of the U.S. Isn't this treason?

Real conservatives don't care what they think, as real conservatives real publications like Chronicles Magazine, VDare, American Conservative, Middle American News, Occidental Quarterly, etc.

Better warn the people at ISI that they're publishing neocons, especially since they're allegedly a traditionalist redoubt.

My contribution, a non-paleo dissent from the "Bush Doctrine," is not neo-conservative in the least, unless one has in mind the "neoconservatism" of IRVING Kristol and the late great Jeane J. Kirkpatrick.
