New felllowship for teachers

Something called the Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation is rolling out an amibition state-by-state, and national, plan to get better teachers and then to "transform" teacher education. This may merit a closer look.

That link is unsatisfactory. Try this from the website for information.
It's too bad a lot of the fellows are going to study at the "top-rated" teacher education programs. Education programs are worthless! These people need more training in their subject areas. Stick with Ashbrook, folks.
