Freedom for me, but not for thee

These folks are after John Yoo’s head--well, at least his tenured position at the Berkeley law school. Some are comparing him to Ward Churchill, which strikes me as ridiculous.

To their credit, there are folks on the left, including Christopher Edley, the Berkeley dean, and Brian Leiter (certainly not someone to suffer conservatives gladly), who are defending Yoo’s academic freedom.
