Rip and burn the stuff the to cd's. It violates the agreement, but at least the ministry of truth can't delete it overnight. Your story left out the irony of deleting 1984 and animal farm. In reality it is good that they were doing this to Orwell, because out of all the books that must get posted without liscense they chose his to delete. Means they are either trying to supress his work or that tons of people are reading it or both. I really had to laugh at this story, although it is troubling to people who like the Kindle, because it just confirmed to me to simply be suspicious of everything.

On a more serious note with the same theme, I posted the Brookings report on Iran in a comment that said in order to have a war there it would need to look like Iran had turned down some sort of great deal that only a crazy person would. Now I see this story starting to take shape. So, we offer Iran defense against attack from any outside nation, is that a deal that no sane person whould pass up?
