Where is She Now?
July has proven to be the deadliest month so far for U.S. forces in Afghanistan. Cindy Sheehan, meanwhile, has concluded that there is no significant difference between Republicans and Democrats.
For those of you out there who don’t know who Cindy Sheehan is, she’s a peace advocate. She used to get plenty of attention back when there was a Republican in the White House.

Teaching American History Podcast
The Teaching American History Podcast is based on programs for teachers sponsored by the Ashbrook Center. These seminars are designed to encourage teachers to seriously examine significant events in American history in light of the principles of the American founding, and also to encourage the use of primary source materials in the classroom. The seminars, which include both lecture and discussion, are taught by leading scholars in their field from throughout the nation.

I honestly had forgotten all about her. Thanks for reminding us.
You don't hear about her anymore because rather than sitting outside crawford in a "free speech zone" (doing this just drew more attention to the people in my opinion) she started speaking on the 911 theories, scope of the bankers/military industrial complex power, and other issues that normaly get censored from the corporate media. If she was a good soldier for the lef then the war would have magicly stopped being an issue once Obama was elected. It is true that she was used. I think she is still around, however, she did run against Boxer (I think) in California and has some sort of small time radio show I believe. I'm not a huge fan of hers but at least she does use the platform the left created for her to spit back in their face(in the sense that all sides of the coin in our modern government are made up of corrupt, wicked individuals.)
