Even supposing--for a fanciful moment--that everything the Obama Administration says about George W. Bush and his share of the blame for the problems Obama faces were the 100% absolute truth, Bill McGurn
wisely cautions that the track the President's rhetorical cart is headed down leads to a cliff. The unmistakable conclusion to be drawn from so much of what Obama and his various spokesmen in the Administration are saying is, "We are not up to the job." A "master rhetorician" ought, it seems to me, to know better.
