They forgot Arabism.
And Scanlonism
A nice cartoon, but a little too congratulatory. Creeping socialism and oligarchy are our worst nemeses because they do not dare speak their own names, and as a result they have been quite successful. The boiling frog and all.
Haha!
Yes ... well put.
Or, as Jesus said (Matthew 7:15) ...
“Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves.
And then ...
By their fruit you will recognize them.
The trouble is, people today seem almost eager to believe the shiney apple is good, despite all evidence that it is in fact riddled with rot and worms.
Hence my general pessimism.
Yea, that explains my pessimism as well. Americans have been a great people, but so many of them have been dumbed-down by poor schooling and trash media. Conservatives are right to point to the loss of (distinctly American) cultural values as the culprit (the market is incidental to this, actually, but don't tell John Stossel).
