I attended the seminar in D.C. Ryan was a brilliant thinker and rhetorician, and had a great deal of charisma. He will go far in my opinion. Charles Krauthammer wasn't too bad giving the evening keynote!
Yes, he did a nice job on that talk at Hillsdale. I just like him and the way he explains things, teaching all the time, but without pedantry. I look forward to the day when I can vote for Paul Ryan -- for something.
