artwork discovered on a dig; and then there's
this. What is most distrubing about the scholarship in this field is its sheer conventionality--its lack of imagination.
I'm not sure what you mean by the last line of your post. The Solutrean hypothesis is a prime example of "outside the box" science. What's to criticize there, other than its scientific merits?
