Reagan Revolution Redux?

WaPo today suggests that Bush’s recent policy proposals--particularly his recent round of suggested tax cuts--are a redux of the Reagan Revolution. Richard Kogan of the liberal Center for Budget and Policy Analysis is quoted as saying that Bush is clearly "worse" than Reagan. Worse than Reagan in just 2 years--an impressive accomplishment indeed.
