Byron York offers the full text of White House Counsel Alberto Gonzales’s letter to Senator Schumer, in which Justice Gonzales responds to Schumer’s most recent claims regarding D.C. Circuit nominee Miguel Estrada. A thorough refutation, worth a tureen of coffee sufficient to sustain Senators through a real, as opposed to a "gentleman’s" filibuster.

Senators dont drink coffee during a real filibuster. It might make them have to head to the mens room ( or womens room ) and thus yield the floor.
