What, did some educrat really think the kids would just use them on bananas as theyre taught in class?
Condoms arent supposed to "cut" sex in schools. Proponents of condoms in school plans dont allege that codoms will cut the rate of teen sex. What they generally claim is that kids will have sex at that age and that condoms will at least minimize the ill effects of teen sex by helpling to prevent pregnancy and the spread of STDS.
