Fox News is reporting that U.S. forces have captured Gen. Abid Hamid Mahmud al-Tikriti--the number three man in Saddam Hussein’s deposed government, the number four man on Central Command’s most wanted list, and more popularly, the Ace of Diamonds in the Iraqi’s Most Wanted deck.
