Latest on UN bombing

This long AP story has some more detail on the UN HQ bombing in Baghdad. The bomb, according to the FBI, was made from old munitions and was not sophisticated. The story includes Khofi Annan’s comments: "We will persevere. We will continue. It is essential work. We will not be intimidated." Also note Chalabi’s comments, I don’t know what to make of them.
