The Voice of Reason on the Blackout

Unsurprisingly, last week’s blackout has led to new calls for regulation of the electricity industry; see, for example, Robert Kuttner’s cri de coeur in Saturday’s New York Times. Lynne is Senior Lecturer in Economics at Northwestern University, as well as Director of Economic Policy at the Reason Foundation and an all-around person of quality. When it comes to energy policy in particular, she is the one to consult.
