God in the Public Square

With the Supreme Court’s decision to take the Pledge of Allegiance case making waves, I thought I would bring to your attention this short piece I wrote immediately after the Ninth Circuit’s ruling, describing other references to God in the public square that would seem just as unconstitutional under the Ninth Circuit’s reasoning.
