This news report announces that the Texas State Legislature has finally sent a redistricting plan to the Governor. The Republicans in Texas stuck to their guns and have redrawn the map.
Kudos to Governor Perry for sticking to his guns.

It’s about time that a State that has been electing Republican Senators, Governors, and Legislatures for years finally have a Congressional delegation that reflects "the People’s" voting patterns!
