Reserve and Guard units at a disadvantage in Iraq

The Houston Chronicle says that our reservists in Iraq are getting the short of the stick: "National Guard and Army Reserve soldiers are fighting alongside active-duty troops in Afghanistan and Iraq, but with Vietnam-era rifles, fewer bullet-proof vests, outdated radios and Humvees that lack armor plating, some officials said."
