The younger Kerry sister was in Australia: "John Kerry’s campaign has warned Australians that the Howard Government’s support for the US in Iraq has made them a bigger target for international terrorists." I don’t get this. She is in Australia to campaign for her father (she heads something called Americans Overseas for Kerry) and against the current PM, who is supportive of our policies? Doesn’t anyone think this is odd or improper? Isn’t there an election coming up in Australia? Weird.
Actually its his younger sister and she has already toured Europe.
Let us not forget that the Kerry campaign excoriated the Vice President for suggesting that anyones election might lead to terrorist attacks.
It seems now that they were against making such suggestions before they were for making such suggestions.
What I see as even more astounding is that while John Kerry is saying that we need a larger and better coalition, he has his sister telling Australians that their support of the US in Iraq has threatened their security. He says that the coalition in Iraq is the coalition of bribed and coarced. Then he says HE will put together a more credible coalition. Or is it that the only countries that matter to John Kerry is France, Germany and Russia.
