Reagan should not be coupled with Franklin Roosevelt, an abuser of power, a prodigious liar and schemer, and a demonizer of the large minority of the country that opposed him. Until Republicans move beyond the Roosevelt Myth, they will remain the minority party in substance, if not numerically.
Rove may be a big thinker, but here’s at least one case where he’s not thinking big enough.
