No Pasaran has some thoughts on this by John Vincour in the International Herald Tribune:

Lorain County Job & Family Services is about to start making food stamp recipients do something for their "free" food. It has been in the Ohio Administrative Code for some time (OAC 5101:4) but only small counties have enforced this provision. Also the Medicaid standard is going from 100% of the Federal Poverty Standard to 90% FPL. Boo Fn hoo.
For the lawyer types heres a link.
