Military recruiters on campus

The Supreme Court unanimously upheld the Solomon Amendment, rejecting a First Amendment challenge to the requirement that institutions that take federal money have to permit military recruiters on campus. I’ll have more later, when I have the time to read the opinion. Power Line, which was all over this issue earlier (no time to provide links), is sure to have commentary later in the day.
