Now the part I hate - the victim statements. We already know that killing is bad, because we have laws against it.
Victim statements are a necessary corrective to the systems bias in favor of defendants. They are especially appropriate in a 9/11 case and with an utterly evil defendant as Moussaoui has shown himself to be.
If he isnt sentenced to death, it will be a sad day in American history,
and in the history of the West.
Does it matter that he wants to die?
I say we give him life in prison hog-tied and wrapped in bacon.
