...one that supports civility and clamps down on vitriol. Or would it make us feel like we live in Iran?

Color me cynical, but it seems like incivility and vitriol is one of the blogsphere’s main attractions.

When rudeness is outlawed, only outlaws will be rude; and the blogosphere is all outlaws all the time.
