Civil War Animation

Master of American History and Government classes are starting today. Mac Owens rolled into town, and since the watering hole wasn’t open we had breakfast. He led me to this interesting site, Civil War Animated. I have played with it for only ten minutes or so, but already think it is terrific. Have a look.

It is a nice site. I have played a game that had a similar layout called civil war general, although with that the 'challenge' was can you alter history rather than just watch it. What would really make it great is to give a clear example of what each thing stands for so that the laymen can understand the skirmishers from the musket infantry ect.
