Name That Battle

In
naming military operations (e.g., "Enduring Freedom"), a mixture of learning, whimsy, and political purpose takes hold. Someone should have been so scrupulous when they launched the Department of Homeland Security and The Patriot Act. In the battle over Obamacare, the most fitting slogan for opponents still hasn't emerged. I'd prefer something involving the Constitution (with a play on both a healthy body and our fundamental law). Sunday's House proceedings might give more clues.
