Can't wait to see what Jon Stewart does with this. Meanwhile, over at The Onion, I imagine they are feeling totally defeated today.

There may be a real opportunity here for the Administration to save Guam and to help the employment situation at the same time. Simply establish a Federal Agency full of bureaucrats to monitor and constantly control the positions and movements of everyone on Guam, thereby stabilizing the island's center of gravity and preventing the dreaded tipping. Also, the admiral being grilled in this piece should be awarded a medal for not falling out of his chair laughing.
