I have to do that today, as I have time for working thought, if I can make the mind obey.
However, this article was out last week and argues against harnessing the mind: https://www.nytimes.com/2010/06/29/science/29tier.html?_r=1 Confessedly, most of my mind wandering is counter-productive.
What kind of poem is that? It don't even rhyme!
