Democratic National Congressional Committee has pulled the plug on Rep. Steve Driehaus (1st, OH). This is the seat that Chabot lost in 08, and is now set to retake it. See

Is it true that the DNC pulled funding for Lee Fisher, Democratic Senate candidate? I heard him at a debate in Cleveland last week where he complained about the electorate having to hear ad after ad about Portman (how tiresome!) running until election time. It seemed a funny complaint since surely he would be running ads, too. Then it was mentioned at our table that he was running out of money since the DNC had stopped funding him because he so far behind in the polls.
