Mytheos Holt tries to explain why Kasich is losing some steam against Strickland; hint, Kasich is late to the tea party. The Rassmussen Poll just out today shows Kasich ahead by only three points.  (He was ahead by eight points two weeks ago). This doesn't surprise me.  Strickland has run a disciplined and hard-hitting campaign from the start (completely negative) and he never wavered.  Also note that both Obama's are coming to campaign for him on Sunday, the first time the Mrs. is campaigning with the Pres this cycle.  Impressive.  We'll have to see if that pushes Strickland above 45%.  I am betting it will not, Kasich will still win, but it'll be close, two or three points.
