Palin in "Time"

Time again features Sarah Palin. Is
Time trying to make her out to be a candidate, or is she becoming more open to the idea?

Probably a bit of both.
Frankly, I hope this is all just a feint -- she acts as if she's going to run so the media avoids their acidic focus on real potential candidates until late in the cycle.
She can't win ... she is, sadly, toxic at this point.
But she can provide cover for others who will run.
